Feedback is the most important way to build trust within
the free2auction community. Whenever a users id is shown, next to it
the users feedback rating is presented in brackets, by clicking
on this number you will be taken directly to this users feedback
page. Take note of how many positive and negative comments
have been made, especially in recent weeks, and the accompanying comments users have
left about the user.
When can I leave feedback
Every transaction you make with another user
allows you to leave feedback about them. You may only leave
this feedback once, and it is binding and irreversible. The
recipient will have an opportunity to respond to your feedback,
if they make a response you are able to add one
more comment, no more responses can then be entered.
Feedback may be entered up to three months after a purchase.
You may manage large numbers of feedback through your bulk feedback loader,
a single stance and comment setting will be entered for multiple members. This may
be suitable for sellers who have many items for sale and do not wish to search and
enter feedback for each buyer.

How is the total feedback rating calculated
Only entries from unique members will count
towards a users total feedback rating, for example if you win
two auctions from the same user, you will be able to
make two comments, one for each auction, but if both
comments are positive (or negative), only one will count towards the
users actual feedback rating.
Feedback policies
When entering feedback for other free2auction members a member must
adhere to the following policies, failure to do so may result in the
feedback being removed and penalties or suspension for the offending
member:
Extorting feedback:
Threatening to leave negative feedback for another member if they do not perform an activity
that is not required of them.
Soliciting feedback:
Selling, trading, or buying feedback from other members.
Shill bidding:
Making purchases for the sole reason of leaving positive feedback for yourself or another member.
Inappropriate language:
Language that is profane, vulgar, racist, hateful, sexual, or obscene in nature is not permitted
in feedback comments.
Defamatory or Libelous remarks:
free2auction does not screen or confirm the accuracy of feedback comments, so is not legally
responsible for them. The member who leaves the comments however may be legally responsible for damages
to another member's reputation if the feedback is found by a court to constitute libel or defamation.
Contact information:
Feedback may not contain any private information about another member, including their contact information.
Appropriate Comments:
When leaving feedback you may only refer to the current transaction the feedback relates to. You may
not discuss other free2auction purchases or any topic not related to that free2auction sale.
Links and e-mail addresses:
You may not enter web site or e-mail addresses into feedback comments.
References to investigations:
Comments regarding investigations, by free2auction or any other party, involving the other member are
not allowed.
Feedback abuse
If you feel you have been victimized by malicious
feedback you may dispute this from you feedback page. Only
when blatant misuse is apparent will feedback be removed.
For example when a recently suspended user has left numerous
negative feedback to members.

Additional notes
After you leave feedback for a listing, the related feedback link on
your bidding or selling tables changes from
a light blue to a dark blue. If you are the seller of a multiple quantity auction
with multiple winners, only after you have left feedback for all winners
will the feedback link in your auction sold table change color.
If a user has a feedback rating of (-1) or less
they will not be able to leave feedback about other users
until their feedback returns to 0.
