TAM pages

|
If you choose to enable the free2auction TAM
(Total Auction Management) system a third row of buttons
will be shown in your free2auction title menu.
These buttons include a TAM activities page and a set
of user configurable pages, by default you will have
Products, Customers, Information, History, and Overview
pages. Your TAM pages may contain any combination of
tables, and these tables may be configured to show any
combination of columns, default sort, filters, number
of rows, time range, etc.
Default pages available
Information:
Contains a set of tables that you will often use during day to day administration,
includes the following tables: Unshipped dispatches, Customers, TAM products, Templates,
Attached products, Suppliers.
History:
Covers data of your previous actions,
includes the following tables: Dispatches, Transactions, Quotes, Purchase orders, Dispatch detail,
Purchase order detail.
Overview:
Contains summaries of your activities,
includes the following tables: Profit summary, Accounts.
Table descriptions
Attached products:
Products that have been attached to customers.
Customers:
TAM customer data, can include each customers credit
status.
Suppliers:
Suppliers entered into your TAM system.
TAM products:
Powerful table for managing your TAM items, includes stock level, bulk editing description
and item details, filters to find items in stock, from particular categories, due on eBay, or
due to be reordered.
Templates:
TAM Templates used to easily manage large numbers of items.
Unshipped dispatches:
Dispatches waiting to be shipped.
Dispatch detail:
Each item that has been shipped is listed here, filters include by item or by auction site.
Dispatches:
Your shipped dispatches, includes filters by customers, country, or shipping service.
Purchase order detail:
Individual items that have been entered through purchase orders.
Purchase orders:
Purchase order data, may be filtered by supplier.
Quotes:
Quotes entered for TAM customers.
Transactions:
Payments and transactions entered into accounts, useful
for reconciling accounts or searching for payments.
Includes filter by account, confirmed payments, or misc.
transactions.
Accounts:
A list of your accounts including current balance.
Profit summary:
Configurable summary data, useful for finding your profit levels and comparing different
time periods. The PROFIT value is obtained by adding the Shipped dispatch profit to
Unshipped dispatch profit and Misc transactions that have been set to affect profit, and subtracting
any fees paid on customer payments.
