What to do after you have sold an item

At the end of a purchase or auction your e-mail address will be sent to
the winning buyer along with confirmation of the price,
quantity, and payment details of your listing. In addition
if you have checked the preference in your options page
to automatically e-mail address to
buyers, or if you entered an optional payment address in the
sell item form for this listing, contact details will be included in the end of sale e-mail.

Responsibilities as a Seller
It is expected that the buyer makes payment
to you in a timely manner which will be determined by such factors as the
payment method used, it is also expected that you as the
seller deliver the product to the buyer in a timely manner.
At the end of the transaction it is suggested, but not
required, that you leave feedback about the seller, be as fair as possible
and only include factual comments.

It is important to keep all documentation and communications relating to the purchase, examples of important information to keep are:
- Shipping receipts, for example traceable waybills from courier companies or cash receipts from the post office.
- All communications to and from the buyer including e-mails, faxes, or letters.
- Reports from any 3rd party mediation services you have been in contact with in regards to the sale.
- If you have received any payment from the buyer, the receipt for payment.
- Pictures of any parcels and contents shipped to the buyer.
