TAM data import and export
|
|
|
|
The free2auction CSV import and export tool
help
allows you to effectively manage TAM data off-line.
Common uses are to back up data, to initially setup
your TAM system, export tam item details to other sites,
or to reconcile your online data with an off-line database
or management software. The best way to find how each
set of data is formatted is to export a sample. On/off
settings are '0' for off, '1' for on.
The following TAM data may be imported or exported:
TAM products
import tam product
data to free2auction
export tam product
data from free2auction
import tam product description sections
data to free2auction
export tam product description sections
data from free2auction
export tam
product data from free2auction to eBay turbolister
format
export tam
product data from free2auction to Yahoo! Bulk Loader
format
When importing tam item data only the title is required,
all other fields may be left out if not needed.
When exporting tam item data you may export the items
entire description, this field will be the combination
of all template description and segment values and you may choose to export
the free2auction, eBay, or Yahoo configured description.
The description section imports and exports allow you to manage complex
template description configurations off-line.
TAM customers
import tam customer
data to free2auction
export tam customer
data from free2auction
No fields are required when importing TAM customer data
as all fields may contain empty data
TAM purchase orders
import tam purchase
order data to free2auction
export tam purchase
order data from free2auction
Each record is a single tam item from within a purchase
order. Separate purchase orders are grouped by the supplier
id and date fields, so if a record has a different supplier
id or a different date it will be entered as a separate
purchase order, however if two records have the same
supplier id and same date they will be entered as a
single purchase order with multiple products.
If the tam item id or supplier id are not recognized
then the record will not be entered.
TAM dispatches
import tam dispatch
data to free2auction
export tam dispatch
data from free2auction
Each record is a single tam item from within a customers
shipment or quote. Separate orders or quotes are grouped
by the customer id, date, and dispatch setting fields,
so if a record has a different customer id, date, or
a dispatch setting it will be entered as a separate
order, however if two records are the same on all three
of these fields they will be entered as a order with
multiple products.
Dispatch setting is '0' for Shipped, '1' for Waiting
to be Shipped, '3' for Quotations.
If the tam item id or customer id are not recognized
then the record will not be entered.
TAM transaction
import tam transaction
data to free2auction
export tam transaction
data from free2auction
If the misc. transaction setting is off then the record
will require a customer id, it the misc. transaction
is on then the record will require a transaction name,
which is the text name you have given for the misc.
transaction.
If the account id or customer id/transaction name are
not recognized then the record will not be entered.
TAM attached items

item data to free2auction
export tam attached
